| How to Get There: |
| Icebox canyon--from the shell
station, go south on 95 over freeway. turn right at stoplight. turn left
on first paved road (into q mountain sub division) follow main road to
end, turning only where it makes you. you will be looking right at a big
white Q on the hill. at that point turn right(you will be headed west),
in one block the pavement will end. stay on dirt road about 3/4 miles
until it drops into deep narrow wash. main trail is to the left, to do
the optional continue through wash, soon as you are out, turn right. at
bottom of hill, drop back into wash and turn right. |
